I would give 0 stars if I could. This was, without question, the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. During one of my calls, they actually hung up on me instead of addressing my concerns. To make matters worse, I was given false information, and when I called back and went in for my visit for clarification, they denied ever providing it rather than taking responsibility or trying to resolve the issue. As a patient, I expected honesty, professionalism, and basic respect. Instead, I was met with poor communication, dismissive attitudes, and a complete lack of accountability. I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for quality customer service. There are plenty of dental offices that value their patients and treat them with the respect they deserve. Unfortunately, this was not one of them.

Fantastic!!! They took care of me from beginning to end! Just got my permanent set yesterday and I am completely satisfied! Thank you all for being considerate and compassionate! Everyone is so nice and genuinely listens to your concerns and issues. Yall took my worries and fears and turned them into confidence!! Thank you for a phenomenal experience!!!!

I’ll start by saying the staff was really nice. Customer service was on point. My rating is because there isn’t clarity at the onset that affordable does NOT offer implants. Your only option is a lower implant/snap in. When I was advised, I was told that the window for a refund was at the beginning of the month (it was the second week of June), so I’d have to proceed with the partial denture. The immediate denture was uncomfortable, so I stopped wearing them. Again the team was really pleasant, but the affordable denture disclosure not so much. I can only hope the permanent denture will fit better. The impressions and fit were not promising. 🤦🏾‍♀️

I am very disappointed with all services from Affordable Dentures of Augusta, for the way they have treated my 86 year old mother. Norhing is ever right. Staff leaves her hanging whether it be for an hour or hours in the waiting room, or with her mouth being held open by uncomfortable contraptions for long periods of time. She has had multiple visits where things are just not acceptable. Then they make her come back the same day, the next day, bc of their own incompetence to correctly fix her dentures. I strongly suggest anyone considering Affordable Dentures to NOT SEEK TREATMENT HERE. Go to Aspen Dental. My aunt went here w no issues at all! And Affordable also, isn't Affordable at all!! They keep charging more than what they initially quoted. I would not recommend anyone going here.

Excellent customer services from the front office to back staff. They are professional and very knowledgeable about dentures and their work. To sum it all up I left there with a big smile on my face. Very pleased! Affordable Dentures 1332 Augusta W Pkwy is the best!
